ÉXITO is the first program of its kind in the UC system providing a clearly structured pathway for future and current educators to become K-12 Ethnic Studies teachers.
The ÉXITO undergraduate pipeline program is for highly motivated students to earn a Bachelor of Arts in one of the Ethnic Studies departments or Feminist Studies within the College of Letters and Science at UCSB and apply to a Master’s Degree in Education and a Teaching Credential program.
